However, there’s a team of merchants behind the scenes who orchestrate the Nike goods that you and I purchase in stores around the world. Every quarter product configurations, assortments and myriad other details must be coordinated to get the right product in the right stores, globally.
How do these people, the merchants, continue to refine their craft, leverage best practices and empower the Nike organization as a whole to make better business decisions that drive revenue growth and shareholder value?
Through small group facilitated work sessions, surveys, interviews, stakeholder collaboration and applied analysis we created the strategic recommendations to inform development of a global, multi-channel learning and development program.
